Are you currently working for an individual that receives Medicaid home care services?
Sign up with CareSphere today and bring your patient along with you to receive a $200 cash bonus!
What is CareSphere's Referral bonus?

CareSphere has laid out a new referral bonus that allows caregivers who are currently working with Medicaid recipients to switch to a more professional and beneficial home care provider for their service.
Why did Caresphere decide to roll out this referral program?
More often we find that patients have very loving caregivers taking care of them, but the caregivers are not happy with their employers. The patient does not want to lose their caregiver, so CareSphere makes it easy for the caregiver and patient to move the patient services and caregiver’s employment to a new provider for home care services.
How long before I can receive payment?
Once you are hired with CareSphere and complete your first day of employment for your patient under our company, your $100 payment will be added with your first paycheck. An additional $100 will be paid out after you complete the first 45 days.

What criteria do I and the patient need to have for me to get a referral bonus for referring them to switch their service provider to CareSphere?

1. Your patient needs to be enrolled in the Medicaid
Community Healthchoices Waiver program.
2. Your patient needs to be approved for at least 30 hours
a week home care service.
3. You the caregiver must be working at least 30 a week.

Can the patient I am bringing over be a family member?
How many Patients can I refer?
There is no limit. If you work for multiple agencies and are servicing multiple clients, you may refer them all to switch to CareSphere and you receive $200 per eligible patient.
Can another caregiver submit my same referral?
The referral program prevents duplicate submissions and will be assigned to the caregiver who provides the referral through the system first.
