Yita Mandel - President

Yita focuses on bringing administrative, innovative, and expanding ideas in healthcare. With her experience in the healthcare field, she helps design and implement innovative solutions. She's seen the struggles of the industry, so she makes it a priority to make an everlasting impact in the field. For any assistance or guidance, Yita will be there throughout your journey!

Malky Neiman - CEO/Administrator (SHRM-CP)

To be surrounded by the best, we set our priorities to our patients AND caregivers

Malky's focus is on efficient operational processes so there can be a professional environment that's productive. Her top priority is the employees and caregivers: to make them happy. With Over 15 years experience as HR Director in various Home Care Agencies, and certification as a professional within the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), she uses her knowledge to foster growth and development between all caregivers which serve our clients daily.

Outside of her role, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Sonia Mirza - Administrator Home Health/ RN - BC

Sonia is the Administrator of Home Health Division and also a Registered Nurse at CareSphere. She assists the patients and providing exceptional care to others. She starts all cases and assessments before the home health aide goes out and creates the plan of cares.

Sonia feels incredibly honored to walk beside our clients in their journey.
