Yita Mandel - President
We believe that if our caregivers are happy, our patients will be happy. Everything we do, we do it with heart.
Yita focuses on bringing administrative, innovative, and expanding ideas in healthcare. With her experience in the healthcare field, she helps design and implement innovative solutions. She's seen the struggles of the industry, so she makes it a priority to make an everlasting impact in the field. For any assistance or guidance, Yita will be there throughout your journey!
Malky Neiman - CEO
To be surrounded by the best, we set our priorities to our patients AND caregivers
Malky's focus is on efficient operational processes so there can be a professional environment that's productive. Her top priority is the employees and caregivers: to make them happy. With Over 15 years experience as HR Director in various Home Care Agencies, and certification as a professional within the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), she uses her knowledge to foster growth and development between all caregivers which serve our clients daily.
Outside of her role, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Angelika, our Client Service Coordinator, loves helping others, meeting new people, and caring for others. Angelika assists in placing each client with the best care provider to match the needs of the service plan. She provides support to our clients and caregivers, constructs care plans, and facilitates solutions.
Human Resources Specialist
Ariana is responsible to develop a supportive work environment. She provides administrative support to employees and evaluates performance at CareSphere.
Accounts Receivable Representative
Erika serves as the Accounts Receivable Representative at CareSphere, in charge of billing, accounts receivable, eligibility, and getting in touch with insurance companies on these matters. She comes to CareSphere with a wealth amount of knowledge working in the field in corporate organizations.
Amalia works with our team of case managers to ensure that all treatment plans are appropriate for patients. Amalia communicates with our patients to ensure that all patients are receiving the best care available to their current condition.

Client Service Coordinator
Goldy Mandel serves as the recruiter at CareSphere. She oversees the process of searching for and screening qualified aides for the patients of CareSphere.
Goldy gathers all data and information from the potential aides before setting up a formal interview with the hiring manager.
Senior HR Specialist
Jenna is a Registered Nurse at CareSphere, assisting patients and providing exceptional care to others. She starts all cases and assessment before the home health aide goes out and creates the plan of cares. Jenna believes that serving the geriatric population and their families in the comfort of their own homes is such an intimate experience. She feels incredibly honored to be invited into clients’ homes to walk beside them in their journey.
Jenna supervises our HR team. Her detail-oriented nature and organizational skills are essential when helping patients get the most from their homecare experience. She is responsible for communicating with our patients and caregivers to ensure that the unique needs of every client’s care plan are fulfilled.
Kristina is the backbone of CareSphere. She makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. Kristina keeps all records are up to date, whilst carrying out several administrative jobs.
Pediatric Case Manager
Lee, one of our newest additions provides care management for pediatric patients in need of care management at CareSphere.
Lee helps our aides establish contact with parents and assist with scheduling cases. Lee strengthens, personalizes, and enhances relationships between the patient and the agency by working closely with skilled caregivers to support the goal of quality and patient satisfaction.
Leslie is responsible for assisting in the administration of CareSphere care processes and policies. Leslie focuses on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Leslie helps maintain a positive work environment with visible HR presence, continuous care for employee needs, and boosting morale with positive reinforcement of individual efforts
Patient Intake Specialist
Client Service Coordinator
Nicole is a Patient Intake Specialist at CareSphere, helping the company by being the first point of contact for most patients. Her outgoing personality and caring nature give patients comfort and ease during the entire intake process. She spent previous years in the medical industry before branching into administration.
Nikki speaks to our patients to understand their needs in order to develop solutions for them. She works with our team of coordinators to ensure all clients are satisfied with the care being provided. Nikki's effective communication has proved to be a great asset at CareSphere. Her organized personality is adored by all of our clients!
Client Service Coordinator
Ushma, our Marketing Specialist, ensures that the CareSphere brand prospers. Having background in agency work and digital design, she helps present the company to patients in the most exhilarating way. You may be familiar with Ushma's work, she has made the following: Patient Welcome Packet, Patient & Employee Handbooks, Employee Orientation Welcome Folders, updates for the website, social media posts, and more.
Tamara fits like a puzzle in our team of coordinators. Tamara provides excellent telephone communication skills and online customer service to keep her patients satisfied. Over the past few months, She has successfully handled the full client life cycle from the first stage right through until the final completion of care.
Victoria serves as the bridge between our caregivers and our healthcare agency. It is Victoria's job to ensure that there are amicable relations maintained between our caregivers, patients and our agency.
Victoria takes up the responsibility from hiring to firing the employees and everything in between like dealing with compensation and benefits issues, training and development, Her job is extremely social in nature and Victoria has just the perfect communication skills to do her job smoothly.
