WHAT IS NURSING?
CareSphere provides skilled nursing services as ordered by the patient’s attending physician, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the patient’s plan of care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction and supervision of a RN at CareSphere and assists in providing care for the home health patient. All CareSphere nurses follow the written agency’s Skilled Nursing Policies and Procedure Manual governing the delivery of nursing services.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our one-of-a-kind nursing agency will fulfill all your demands and provide you with a skilled RN or LPN who will deliver the excellence and care that the patient needs. At CareSphere, we also carry out a private duty nursing service that provides long-term one-on-one care for all our clients. The nurses will ask you about your symptoms, diagnosis, doctor’s instructions, etc., and create a chart accordingly to assist you in your day-to-day activities.
